Key Responsibilities Provide virtual evidence-based mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to K-12 students Conduct initial mental health assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor student progress Collaborate with care management teams and participate in clinical activities and documentation Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Fluency in Spanish Licensed as a LCPC, LCMFT, and/or LCSW-C without restrictions in Illinois and the state of residence Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children Ability to obtain a Fingerprint (FBI) Criminal Background check upon hire Strong technological skills and experience with telehealth preferred
