North Carolina Licensed Performance Analyst
A company is looking for a Performance Improvement Analyst to provide operational support for Care Management focusing on quality and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and present findings
Develop strategies and recommendations to enhance quality and operational effectiveness
Collaborate with leadership to support ongoing performance measures and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in sociology, psychology, or a related field with relevant coursework
Two years of experience in data gathering, editing, and analysis, or equivalent education and experience
Two years of experience in quality management or continuous quality improvement preferred
Knowledge of Quality Improvement principles, Lean Methodologies, and Performance Reporting
Proficiency in Excel and data literacy, including experience with metrics and performance indicators
