North Carolina Licensed Roadway Engineer
A company is looking for a Roadway Engineer to contribute to large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and supervise engineering products that meet customer quality requirements, including defining problems, establishing work scope, and preparing budgets and schedules
Create detailed calculations, drawings, procurement documents, and technical reports
Provide technical guidance to CAD Designers, Drafters, and lower-level Engineers on projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with highway geometric design
Engineer in Training (EIT) Certificate may be required; candidates should be on the PE track
Proficiency in CAD software (Microstation and InRoads/OpenRoads)
Experience with NCDOT/SCDOT highway design projects preferred
