North Carolina Ticketing Specialist
A company is looking for a Ticketing Specialist (Remote). Key Responsibilities Coordinate and respond to NCDHHS staff regarding Service Now ticket updates and resolutions Provide administrative and technical support to internal staff and prepare reports on high-priority tickets Assist the Regulatory Operations Team with documentation for external reviews and attend relevant meetings Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Data Management/Business/Administrative preferred Two years of experience in service desk support/ticketing system/project management in a healthcare setting Knowledge of state and federal rules related to healthcare operations in North Carolina Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office products Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
