A company is looking for a Commercial Auto and GL Claims Examiner, II. Key Responsibilities Review, process, and conclude assigned claims, including investigating and evaluating complex Commercial Auto and General Liability Casualty Claims Oversee and direct outside investigative service providers and maintain communication with clients and legal representatives Prepare Loss Reports and provide recommendations regarding loss exposure, reserves, and settlement strategies Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of five years of experience in Commercial Auto and General Liability claims NY state Adjuster License required Knowledge of claims handling concepts, practices, and techniques Experience with subrogation and risk transfer recovery efforts
