A company is looking for a Recovery Collector to manage delinquent accounts and facilitate repayment schedules. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers through inbound calls and outbound dialer systems Educate customers and arrange repayment schedules to meet department goals Perform collection activities in compliance with state and local laws Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service Good knowledge of loan collection policies and fair debt collection practices Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and organize information
