Senior Accountant - Technical Accounting
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Technical Accounting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct technical accounting research and prepare formal position papers on GAAP guidance Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards Support month-end accounting tasks, including journal entries and financial reporting Required Qualifications: 4-8 years of technical accounting experience Detailed understanding of US GAAP accounting Experience with technical accounting memo writing and ASC 842 Lease Accounting Public Accounting experience preferred, particularly in transaction services or audit Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
