Software Customer Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Software Customer Support Specialist to assist software customers during scheduled support hours.
Key Responsibilities
Assist campground and resort staff with inbound call/email/chat inquiries regarding the reservation software
Provide remote desktop demonstrations and share expertise with management and staff
Work during specified shifts, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer needs
Required Qualifications
Availability to work the specified schedule (Saturday-Sunday 9a-6p and Monday-Wednesday 11a-8p EST)
3 years of experience in customer service or a related role
Experience in the recreation/hospitality/tourism industry
Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS)
Proficient in Google Business Suite and Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel
