Key Responsibilities Delivers instruction and follow-up coaching for facilitated learning offerings Develops, designs, and delivers learning offerings aligned to business and enterprise strategy Measures learning effectiveness and provides support for learners as needed Required Qualifications 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) 3 or more years of experience in a related field (Preferred) Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
