Customer Experience Retail Agent
A company is looking for a CX Retail Agent to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer world-class email, phone, and web support to customers
Facilitate customer relationship management through effective communication and engagement
Act as a liaison between retail stores, customer experience, and the factory
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality
Engaging personality with strong interpersonal skills
Familiarity with browser-based tools
Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week, including Sundays and Mondays
Experience with Adobe Photoshop is preferred but not required
