Key Responsibilities Review files for adherence to underwriting standards and ensure completeness of submissions Act as a liaison between origination staff, underwriters, and customers while managing client and referral partner databases Provide administrative support in the collection and preparation of loan applications and marketing materials Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Active MLO Licensing required 2 - 5 years of experience for LOA Level 1; 5+ years for LOA Level 2 Experience in database management and customer service Knowledge of loan processing and underwriting standards Ability to analyze customer credit and financial scenarios
