A company is looking for an OMS Product Owner. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements, write user stories, and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for OMS solutions delivery Develop functional specifications, conduct scope audits, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) while providing training and support to end-users Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to project stakeholders Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst with OMS implementation of IBM Sterling Hands-on experience with Order Management Systems and experience working in a retail environment Strong knowledge of business process modeling, documentation tools, and the architecture of an OMS system Experience with Jira and writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and API requirements B2C experience preferred
