Onboarding and Growth Manager
A company is looking for an Onboarding and Growth Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and performance of Powered By 3PL partners, ensuring successful integration and training
Lead cross-functional project execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while facilitating stakeholder alignment
Design and implement scalable processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
Minimum 4 years in a merchant-facing role such as Business Development or Account Management
Proven track record as a department leader and manager of other managers
Strong understanding of sales metrics and their application
High level of initiative and teamwork with a positive attitude towards change and learning
