Onboarding Operations Specialist
A company is looking for an Onboarding Operations Specialist, Experience Curriculum (Temp).
Key Responsibilities
Support new customers in implementing Experience Curriculum effectively in their classrooms
Manage a portfolio of curriculum customers, ensuring successful implementation and addressing challenges
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve onboarding processes and collaborate with the Education team on projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years of customer success, sales, and/or account management experience
Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or comparable professional experience
Experience in Early Education/Curriculum Instruction is a plus
Comfort with managing a high-volume customer funnel and achieving ambitious goals
Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred
