Oregon Licensed Outreach Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Service Member Outreach Specialist (Outbound Call Center).
Key Responsibilities
Perform outbound calls to engage members in health programs and campaigns
Document information obtained from members during outreach and follow-up
Utilize customer service skills and motivational interviewing techniques to promote member participation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or college degree preferred
Two years of related work experience in health care, customer service, or sales required
One year of call center experience required
Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required
Must pass a criminal records check upon hire and every three years thereafter
