Key Responsibilities Conduct all participant-facing tasks to ensure a positive trial experience and data accuracy Oversee data collection and in-person processes, and maintain participant trackers Assist with trial implementation and respond to CRO queries while escalating operational issues as needed Required Qualifications Experience with tech tools such as Calendly, Docusign, and others Experience in patient onboarding, including screening calls and follow-up Experience maintaining tracking systems and executing follow-up procedures Ability to adhere to protocol timelines and adapt to changing work priorities Passion for improving healthcare and interest in a high-growth startup environment
