Parts Coordinator
A company is looking for a Parts Coordinator II to manage parts procurement and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level customer service and manage communication with internal and external customers
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, including sourcing and procuring parts
Create and catalogue department reports while supporting ad-hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education and experience
Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new systems
Prior experience in sourcing and purchasing parts is preferred
Common knowledge of the trucking industry and experience in fleet maintenance is preferred
Ability to multi-task, demonstrate initiative, and maintain excellent organizational skills
