A company is looking for a Patient Access Services Authorization Representative. Key Responsibilities Perform insurance verification and authorization functions to support Patient Access Services Document and maintain records of referral activity and authorizations in appropriate systems Respond to provider orders and obtain necessary authorizations for tests and procedures Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare insurance and/or authorizations Advanced abilities in common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision Excellent organizational skills and human relations skills are required
