Patient Recruitment Strategy Manager
A company is looking for a Manager Patient Recruitment and Retention Strategy. Key Responsibilities Develop global enrollment and retention solutions to enhance patient screening and compliance Build and manage patient engagement service offerings and assess associated costs Participate in scientific events to gather insights on patient access and diversity Required Qualifications University/college degree in life science or healthcare field Minimum of 10 years' experience in clinical research At least 5 years' experience in patient recruitment, preferably in a CRO setting Experience in scientific report writing and data analysis Experience in global patient engagement activities and collaboration with advocacy groups
