Key Responsibilities
Execute semi-monthly payroll cycles and manage payroll changes
Administer equity plans and maintain accurate records of employee equity holdings
Collaborate with department heads to ensure timely disbursement of bonuses and commissions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in payroll administration with exposure to equity management
Proficiency with payroll systems and equity management software
Strong knowledge of payroll laws and equity compliance
Experience in creating and managing payroll and equity reports
