A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote behavioral services to K-12 students in Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral challenges Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors Provide remote consultation and support to parents, teachers, and school teams on implementing behavior interventions Qualifications: Active BCBA certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Experience working with K-12 students on IEPs (teletherapy experience is a plus) A reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace
