Pennsylvania Licensed Claims Representative
A company is looking for an Inside Claims Representative who will handle liability and property claims under supervision. Key Responsibilities Investigates and adjudicates claims, ensuring compliance with statutory laws and maintaining claim documentation Establishes contact with all parties involved in the claim and evaluates/negotiates claims for potential recovery Responds to inquiries from various stakeholders and stays updated on liability laws and policy changes Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED with two years of related claims handling or customer service experience, or equivalent educational experience required Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred Successful completion of Introduction to Insurance (INTRO) and Introduction to Claims (AIC 30) preferred Must obtain appropriate licenses as required by state within specified time frames
