Customer Support Lead

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customer support, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting product issues
Track support metrics and identify recurring themes to share insights with Product and Engineering
Help define best practices and improve workflows for efficient customer support operations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role
Experience with support ticketing systems (e.g., Intercom, Linear, Slack)
Highly organized, with experience managing support metrics and reporting
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a big plus
