People Analytics Engineer
A company is looking for a People Analytics Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize workforce data models for HR analytical and reporting needs
Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for people data from various sources
Optimize SQL queries and analytical workflows for HR reporting and dashboards
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering with a focus on people analytics
High-level SQL skills with experience in designing analytical data models for HR reporting
Strong proficiency in Python for data transformation and ETL/ELT workflows
Hands-on experience with modern data engineering tools such as dbt, Snowflake, and Airflow
Familiarity with HR systems and workforce analytics tools is a plus
