People and Talent Partner
A company is looking for a People and Talent Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview coordination to ensure a positive hiring experience
Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements and facilitate the candidate process
Support onboarding logistics and contribute to internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR coordination, or People Operations roles
Experience with full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing and interview coordination
Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR systems
Strong interest in building a career in HR or Talent Acquisition within a mission-driven organization
