I&C Design Engineer

A company is looking for an I&C Design Engineer for a remote contract position. Key Responsibilities: Interface and support a diverse international design team Lead the design of I&C and supporting electrical systems from functional requirements to final design Develop and review system- and component-level specifications ensuring alignment with nuclear codes and standards Key Qualifications & Skills: B.S. or higher in Controls, Electrical, or a related discipline from an accredited university Minimum of 6 years of direct experience in instrumentation and controls systems development Previous experience with nuclear reactor safety systems or nuclear instrumentation systems design is desired Familiarity with IEEE and IEC standards Experience in implementing design controls in accordance with nuclear power plant quality assurance standards
