People & Culture Coordinator
A company is looking for a People & Culture Experience Coordinator to support employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the P&C ticketing system and ensure timely assistance with employee inquiries
Provide first-line support for P&C-related questions and guide employees on policies and procedures
Assist with benefits administration, payroll assistance, and onboarding/offboarding support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years in an HR/P&C support role or related administrative function
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS or ticketing systems
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
