A company is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to work directly with the Head of People and support the development of a high-performance work-from-anywhere culture. Key Responsibilities Help brainstorm and execute HR programs that promote empowerment, learning, collaboration, and growth Work closely with the Head of People to prepare the team for future developments with AI Assist in activities related to people and culture, including communications for learning activities and internal events Required Qualifications Infectious energy and a passion for helping others thrive A growth mindset regarding the future with AI Basic technical skills and willingness to experiment A mind for data or the desire to learn about AI Experience in writing and/or teaching is a plus
