People Partner
A company is looking for a People Partner, EPD.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with HRBPs on employee relations, performance management, and administrative tasks
Track and facilitate the performance management process for managers and employees
Manage the accommodation process and off-boarding for employees, including conducting exit interviews
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in HR or Employee Relations, with at least 3 years in performance management support
Strong judgment in handling employee relations matters with empathy and practicality
Data-driven mindset with a passion for analyzing people metrics
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and maintain confidentiality
Experience in conducting internal investigations is a plus
