Key Responsibilities Partner with HRBPs on employee relations, performance management, and administrative tasks Track and facilitate the performance management process for managers and employees Manage the accommodation process and off-boarding for employees, including conducting exit interviews Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in HR or Employee Relations, with at least 3 years in performance management support Strong judgment in handling employee relations matters with empathy and practicality Data-driven mindset with a passion for analyzing people metrics Proven ability to influence stakeholders and maintain confidentiality Experience in conducting internal investigations is a plus
