A company is looking for a People Success Generalist who will enhance the employee experience through HR operations and support.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR contact for employees, managing employee relations and providing guidance on policies
Support the employee lifecycle and streamline HR processes, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute HR policies and enhance employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR operations, or people support roles
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
Experience managing HR systems, data analytics, and process automation
Prior experience with HRIS platforms is preferred
