Key Responsibilities Gather and document functional requirements, creating design specifications aligned with operational needs Develop and execute test scenarios, reviewing results and leading knowledge transfer sessions Utilize strong analytical skills in business analysis, functional documentation, and testing Required Qualifications Six or more years of business analysis experience in a PeopleSoft environment across multiple knowledge areas Six or more years of experience in reading and creating SQLs Six or more years of understanding PeopleSoft architecture and table structures Four or more years of experience facilitating requirements and design sessions with end users Experience in a government setting using PeopleSoft is preferred
