Pharmacy Technician Medication Navigator
A company is looking for a Medication Navigator, National Remote. Key Responsibilities Engage with patients, providers, and pharmacies to promote timely medication fills and refills Educate patients on their medication regimens and assist in overcoming adherence barriers Support quality performance metrics and participate in program development for high-risk patients Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED or higher Certification/license as a Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant, or Nurse, or an Associate's Degree in pharmacy or nursing 1+ years of experience working with patients, preferably in medication management Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products Access to a designated quiet workspace with secure handling of Protected Health Information (PHI)
