Plant Takeoff Specialist

A company is looking for a Plant Takeoff Specialist to generate detailed material scopes for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant projects. Key Responsibilities Review project schedules and analyze specifications and plans to identify issues Perform detailed material takeoffs and ensure accuracy before releasing data to Project Managers Coordinate with Project Managers and engineers through meetings and RFIs to resolve project-related inquiries Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in material takeoffs for Waterworks materials Knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, and materials relevant to the waterworks industry Familiarity with construction documents, including plans, specifications, and project management documents Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with additional knowledge of estimating software being a plus
