CDL Instructor

A company is looking for an Instructor to mentor students in CDL training. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate driving operations and oversee students' safe equipment use Supervise trainees and maintain necessary documentation, such as attendance and training records Provide daily instruction in areas including pre-trip inspections, basic control skills, and road driving Required Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with limited moving violations Minimum of 3 years of over-the-road or local commercial driving experience Pass a U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug tests Ability to effectively deliver training and curriculum to students Complete all required onboarding and continuing education in a timely manner
