Pre-Award Grants Manager

A company is looking for a Pre-Award Grants Manager to oversee pre- and post-award grants management within the School of Engineering. Key Responsibilities Provide policy guidance and assistance with proposal development and compliance requirements Analyze and manage budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance with sponsor terms and conditions Collaborate with Principal Investigators and central administrative offices to ensure application submissions meet all requirements Required Qualifications Three or more years of experience in pre- and post-award management A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business is preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered Experience managing complex research awards with various sponsors Intermediate Excel skills are required Oracle Financial Unit Manager (FUM) and Procurement training is preferred
