Principal Benefits Analyst
A company is looking for a Principal Benefit Analyst - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the annual renewal process, analyzing plan utilization and preparing recommendations for executive decision-making
Provide thought leadership in the design and implementation of competitive benefit and wellness programs
Conduct complex data analysis to evaluate plan effectiveness and identify cost-saving opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; HS diploma or GED required
7 years of work experience in Benefits
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Strong understanding of relevant federal and state regulations (ERISA, ACA)
Proficiency in Excel and other analytics tools
