Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic compensation partner supporting the Global Revenue and Marketing Organizations
Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain talent
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align compensation programs with business priorities
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive compensation partner experience with deep subject matter expertise
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Demonstrated ability in compensation market analysis, plan design, and pay administration
Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience using Workday HCM strongly preferred
