Principal Customer Success Partner
A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customers to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute account strategies for expansion
Guide customers in aligning Anaplan capabilities with their business goals and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Native Swedish speaker; Finnish speaker desirable
Proven experience in customer success management or account management in a SaaS environment
Deep understanding of business processes, planning, and forecasting
Experience in leading customers through digital transformation journeys
Familiarity with planning/modelling software, ideally Anaplan, is a plus
