A company is looking for a Principal Growth Analyst. Key Responsibilities Lead complex analytical projects focused on customer lifecycle behavior and engagement drivers Design and analyze A/B or Multi-variate tests for various marketing channels to optimize performance Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting on key lifecycle marketing KPIs and campaign performance Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science 7+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in fintech or consumer-facing industries Proven expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation Strong proficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R) Extensive experience with A/B testing and experimental design
