Principal Technical Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Principal Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of customer issues, including troubleshooting and internal communication
Assist with troubleshooting third-party API integrations and provide implementation best practices
Mentor new Support Engineers and create knowledge base materials for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
Experience with tokenization, REST and SOAP web services, and Oracle Database
Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments
Knowledge of debugging network issues and API management
Familiarity with technologies such as Hibernate, Spring, and MySQL database
