A company is looking for a Product Counsel - Privacy. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of privacy and data governance programs Advise on the data privacy regulatory landscape and collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate privacy risks Provide support for information security and collaborate on the implementation of new features and tools Required Qualifications Qualified to practice law in the U.S Minimum of 4+ years of relevant data protection and privacy experience Extensive knowledge of U.S. privacy laws, including GLBA, CCPA, COPPA, CAN-SPAM, and FCRA Strong contract drafting and review skills related to data protection clauses Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and prioritize multiple projects
