Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the manufacturing site procurement team to achieve business goals through effective supplier sourcing Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to enhance manufacturing performance Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while monitoring procurement performance metrics Required Qualifications: Doctorate degree with 3 years, Master's degree with 7 years, Bachelor's degree with 9 years, Associate's degree with 12 years, or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations in a regulated industry Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing people or leading teams and projects In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices across manufacturing and related fields Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GLP, GMP, ISO) Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance
