Key Responsibilities: Delivers technical solutions and sales support to customers and distributors in collaboration with Account Managers Coordinates interactions between technical and commercial departments to prepare integrated solutions Develops and delivers training on product features and resolves technical issues post-implementation Required Qualifications: University degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a Technical Service or Sales Supervisor role with knowledge of engineering cutting tools Proven track record of delivering strong business results Strong Project Management experience and capability Fluency in English and possession of a local driver's license
