Account Manager, Customer Success
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Customer Success, Digital Storefront (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for the Account Management program focused on continuous improvement
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
Track and report on key account metrics and collaborate with customers during contract renewals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Minimum 8 years of sales and retention experience, preferably in financial services
At least 5 years of experience with a professional IT services company or SaaS provider
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building account management programs
Understanding of Enterprise API integrations and Web/Mobile app development
