Product Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer.
Responsibilities
Operate as a subject matter expert in product and technology areas, assisting in onboarding and training
Resolve technical escalations, manage support tickets, and monitor the Emergency Hotline for urgent issues
Develop continual improvement plans and enhance self-serviceability for customers through documentation and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
Three or more years of Level 2 technical customer support experience
Experience using JIRA for bug tracking
Familiarity with SaaS solutions and related technologies such as SQL, HTML, and APIs preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and urgency
