A+ Certified IT Support Technician
A company is looking for an IT Support Technician responsible for providing customer-centric IT support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support for on-site and remote team members
Monitor and triage IT support requests, documenting tasks and resolutions in the IT Service Desk ticketing system
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes while maintaining asset inventory and managing company devices
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of IT experience or completion of IT-related courses
Proficiency in supporting AV, tablets, MacOS, and Windows laptops
Experience supporting users in a fast-paced environment
A+ Certification required
Background in insurance or financial services is a plus
