Product Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join their User Success team in a remote part-time role. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume ticketing, troubleshoot issues, and create bug reports Provide proactive updates to users on reported issues and track their status Suggest updates to Help Center content and follow up on long-standing tickets Required Qualifications Demonstrated ability in a technical support role Experience with mobile and web platforms Previous experience with a ticketing system (preferably Zendesk) Experience writing queries using SQL is a plus Passion for climate tech and the DERMs space
