Key Responsibilities Design and deliver educational programs and workshops for a national audience Oversee components of the annual national conference and manage program budgets Track program effectiveness through data analysis and serve as a liaison with stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education, business management, or a related field At least five years of experience in program management or educational program delivery Strong project management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with LMS and Qualtrics is a plus A proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
