A company is looking for a Project Controls Manager to lead project controls on critical utility infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of project control analysts, cost engineers, and schedulers Oversee project budgets, track financial performance, and deliver variance analysis Develop and implement corrective actions to keep projects on budget and on schedule Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in project controls or cost management (utilities or infrastructure preferred) 3+ years of team leadership experience Strong knowledge of earned value management (EVM), cost forecasting, and schedule analysis Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field
