A company is looking for a Project Coordinator 2. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans, ensuring project milestones are met Act as a secondary point of contact for project stakeholders and prepare regular updates and reports Ensure project documentation is well-organized and that changes are communicated to the project team promptly Qualifications High school diploma required 2 years of experience in project coordination or management roles Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet) is preferred Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
