Project Management Office Manager
A company is looking for a PMO Manager to oversee project management practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and align the PMO strategy with business goals and objectives
Establish and maintain PMO governance processes and monitoring
Recruit, train, and manage a team of project managers and PMO staff
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in business or technology; Master's degree is a plus
Five or more years of managerial experience in a PMO environment
At least two relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM)
Deep understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis related to project management
